Incident Management Team leadership training is customized to your organization’s key individual contributor needs. Incident Commander, Officers, Section Chiefs and Medical

Technical Specialist roles and responsibilities are covered in live group settings or interactive on-line classrooms. Priority objectives and use of tools requisite to carry out each function are rehearsed to improve command and control capabilities for anyone involved in a Command Staff position.

Basic and Advanced ICS doctrine are covered in a health care setting. The coursework is highly customized based on the certifications and experiences of the audience. Learning is competency based and one or more table-top exercises are conducted for practicum.

All health care organization personnel that have a desire, need or responsibility to fulfill a response role within an ICS structure.
